Why 87% of executives hesitate

Setting a price or launching an offer is a high-stakes call. The usual tools fall short:

  • Market studies: Slow (4 to 8 weeks) and expensive.
  • CRM data: Myopic. It explains your past, never your future.
  • Stated answers: Real customers rarely tell the whole truth.

You can no longer afford to wait weeks.

Model the market before you move

Laborhêto puts your hypothesis (a price, an offer, a message) to a cohort of synthetic personas, and shows you how the market responds.

Test a price

Find out whether your market will accept a new price point or subscription formula.

Unblock sales

Understand why your key B2B prospects stall at the final stage of negotiation.

Anticipate reactions

Gauge how your ecosystem will receive a strategic announcement.

Six advantages

72-hour turnaround

Actionable decision capsules in 72 hours, instead of the 4 to 8 weeks of a market study.

Lower cost

Over €20,000 saved per study, compared with the traditional process.

No declarative bias

Cohorts modeled from OSINT data avoid the self-reporting and social-compliance biases of focus groups.

Fewer costly mistakes

Stress-test a price or an offer before rollout, and avoid failed launches or pricing errors worth €100k+.

Confidentiality and sovereignty

No access to your CRM or IT systems. Processing runs on our own local inference farm.

Grounded in real data

Our SIE anchors every persona in verified datasets and statistical distributions, not in LLM stereotypes.

How it works

The Systemic Inference Engine (SIE)

Language models are a commodity. The SIE is our proprietary architecture: it turns them into a rigorous, mathematical decision-support system.

  • Context enrichment Your hypothesis is enriched with OSINT and factual macro-behavioral data.
  • Systemic orchestration Dozens of microservices orchestrate the variables, not one uncontrollable prompt.
  • Cohort generation Parameters influence each other: realistic profiles, a true market dispersion.

Facts first, AI second

Layer Source Outcome
Sourced Open statistics, census tables, fleet data and media metrics. Names, incomes, education, vehicles, commutes: all official.
Calculated Spread mathematically across the personas, before any text exists. A balanced spread of age, gender, family and psychology. No clichés.
Drafted The LLM writes the narratives, within the limits of the two layers above. Schedules, tone of voice, friction points, checked for anomalies.

The SIE vs a raw LLM

A raw LLM (e.g. ChatGPT): Ask for “X target customers” and you get X variations of the single most probable profile: predictable stereotypes, uncalibrated sycophancy, no edge cases.

The Laborhêto SIE: It computes the market’s dispersion before writing a word, so each persona is distinct and calibrated against real-world facts and verified behavioral models.

Compliance

  • Zero-Integration Policy: No access to your CRM, customer data or IT systems.
  • Local inference farm: All simulations and processing run on our own infrastructure.
  • GDPR: Synthetic modeling only. No personal data processed.

How it compares

Executives usually rely on one of three options. Each has a critical limit.

FAQ

How is Laborhêto different from asking ChatGPT?

A raw LLM returns the single most probable answer: stereotypes, clones, sycophancy. The SIE distributes demographic and psychological variables across real-world facts before any text is written. AI does only what it does best: write, within verified behavioral constraints.

Are the personas real or fake?

Both, and we know which part is which. The facts (incomes, commute times, vehicles, demographics) come from official statistical tables. The individual profiles are synthetic hypotheses, built to be questioned. It is a market simulation to de-risk a decision, not a survey or a sales forecast.

Does it work for industrial B2B and complex sales cycles?

Yes. In B2B, the personas are the actual decision-makers (procurement managers, engineers, executive buyers), with their real friction points and negotiation blockers.

What do we receive at the end of a Sprint Pilot?

A decision capsule: acceptability scores, price-resistance thresholds, qualitative verbatims, and an objection matrix with counter-arguments. Then a 45-minute live debrief with our behavioral consultants.

If we rerun a sprint, do we get the same personas?

No, by design. The statistical skeleton and the facts stay anchored; the profiles are new. It works like two focus groups with different qualified participants.
